Ahmed joined Al Salam Advocates in 2013. Ahmed has a broad legal background with more than 20 years of experience in commercial transactions and litigation. He has combined experience of in-house and law firm practice working with a wide variety of business organizations. Ahmed possesses strong written and verbal skills, combined with excellent research abilities. He places a high premium on providing pre-emptive legal support in both Arabic and English.
Ahmed has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal matters through settlement negotiations, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has acted in numerous high-value and complex litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly in cases involving the interpretation and enforcement of contractual obligations and the pursuit of tortious claims. His practice reflects a deep understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms within the Bahraini legal system and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
