Ahmed joined Al Salam Advocates in 2013. Ahmed has a broad legal background with more than 20 years of experience in commercial transactions and litigation. He has a combined experience of in-house and law firm practice working with a wide variety of business organisations. Ahmed possesses strong written and verbal skills, combined with excellent research abilities. He places a high premium on providing pre-emptive legal support in both Arabic and English.
 
Effective law professional with proven track record of successfully representing clients in court, developing legal strategies and drafting and negotiating contracts. Well-versed in principles of civil and commercial litigation. Works independently and collaboratively as part of team. 


 

Ahmed has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law; Islamic banking and finance; international and domestic commercial arbitration; international dispute resolution; CBB law; labour and employment law; telecommunication law; aviation law; and administrative law.  

Ahmed handles assignments pertaining to legal advice, legal audit, and legal due diligence, formulating of business strategies, and preparing the documentation involved therein. 

Ahmed has successfully represented clients in several claims through settlement, litigation and/or ADR. In addition to acting in numerous high-stakes litigation and arbitration claims to interpret and enforce contracts, and in pursuit of tortious claims.
