Corporate Secretary & Corporate Governance Services 

Al Salam Advocates provides corporate secretary and corporate governance services.  

Al Salam Advocates has qualified staff that are able to provide clients with the following services under the umbrella of corporate secretary services: 

• Act as board secretary, attend board meetings, and record minutes of meetings.

• Prepare share certificates.

•  Drafting of standard shareholder and directors’ resolutions and minutes of meetings.
