We are experienced in handling registration of aircraft before the Civil Aviation Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain plus registration of dry and wet leases, securities and aircraft mortgages. 

We assist our clients in drafting and vetting aircraft leases, operating leases, engines maintenance agreements, code sharing agreements, ground handling agreements and catering agreements.  Some of our clients include Bahrain Airport Services (BAS), Fly Dubai, and AFAQ Institute of Aviation Technology.
