Our finance team have vast experience in acting for clients involved in the Islamic finance industry including financial institutions, corporates, funds and government entities. Some of our clients include Kuwait Finance House, Ibdar Bank and Venture Capital Bank. 

We are experienced in all Islamic finance contracts (including Ijara, Istisna'a, Mudaraba, Murabaha and Musharaka) and in Islamic finance techniques in a very wide variety of industries. 

Our practice areas include providing advice on a variety of Islamic finance transactions which include but are not limited to bilateral Islamic financings, project finance transactions (including complex multi-sourced financings), the financing of real estate, asset finance, and debt restructurings.
