Majed Mejadam

Founding Partner

Majed is the founding partner of Al Salam Advocates. Majed has a broad legal background with more than 17 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolutions, and arbitration. Majed acts for major corporate and financial institutions as well as governmental bodies and international organisations.
 


 

Majed has wide experience in all aspects of major litigation and arbitration, handling complex and substantial commercial disputes of a varied nature and often involving multiple jurisdictions. Majed also has extensive experience in litigations concerning corporate and commercial law; telecommunication law; intellectual property rights; labour and employment law; family law; and criminal law.

Majed has successfully prosecuted several cases through litigation and/or arbitration.

2002 – Admitted as a licensed lawyer before the Courts of Bahrain.

2013 – Admitted before the Court of Cassation (the Supreme Court) and the Constitutional Court of Bahrain
