Ratika Judge

Ratika has a legal background in corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, criminal complaints, and case management.

Ratika has several years of experience in commercial transactions and corporate contracts. She has assisted a variety of clients with various corporate and commercial matters such as drafting and vetting of internal policies and legal documents such as commercial contracts, MOUs and deeds. She has a combined experience of in-house and law firm practice working with a wide variety of business organisations. Ratika is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Ratika was working as in-house counsel with ICICI Lombard, American Tower Corporation and has practiced as an advocate in India.
