Senior Associate

Yahia joined Al Salam Advocates in 2020. He has extensive knowledge of all stages of court litigation in Bahrain. He is also well versed in a variety of areas in Bahrain law, including real estate, civil and commercial, labour, intellectual property, and criminal laws.
 


 

Yahia has a broad legal background with more than 30 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolutions and arbitration. He has wide experience in all aspects of major litigation and arbitration, handling complex and substantial commercial, civil and administrative law disputes.

Yahia has successfully prosecuted several cases through litigation and/or arbitration.
